Shipping Policy

NuStandard Labs ships research peptides from our US-based facilities with care to ensure product integrity from synthesis to your laboratory. This policy covers processing times, carriers, tracking, and special handling for temperature-sensitive products.

1. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Carriers and Transit Times

We ship via the following carriers depending on your location and the nature of your order:

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days (standard option for most domestic orders).
  • UPS Ground: 3–5 business days.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air / Next Day Air: available for time-sensitive or temperature-sensitive orders at checkout.
  • FedEx: available for select orders and expedited shipping.

Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather conditions, or destination.

3. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and selected shipping speed.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150 (before tax). Expedited shipping options are available at additional cost.

4. International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available. We are evaluating international shipping options and will update this policy when international orders are accepted. Please check back for updates.

5. Order Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with:

  • Carrier name and tracking number.
  • A direct link to track your package on the carrier's website.
  • Estimated delivery date.

You can also view tracking status in your account order history. If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, contact us within 7 days.

6. Cold-Chain and Special Handling

Many research peptides require temperature-controlled shipping to maintain stability and purity. NuStandard Labs takes the following precautions:

  • Insulated packaging: temperature-sensitive products are shipped in insulated containers with cold packs to maintain appropriate temperatures during transit.
  • Expedited shipping recommended: for temperature-sensitive orders, we strongly recommend selecting 2-day or overnight shipping to minimize transit time, especially during warm months.
  • Seasonal considerations: during summer months (June–September), all temperature-sensitive products are shipped with additional cold packs at no extra charge.
  • Proper labeling: packages containing research peptides are labeled with handling instructions and marked as temperature-sensitive when applicable.

Product pages indicate whether an item requires cold-chain shipping. If you have questions about storage or handling upon receipt, refer to the product's Certificate of Analysis (COA) or contact our support team.

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight and package dimensions.
  • Shipping destination (within the U.S.).
  • Selected shipping speed.
  • Special handling requirements (cold-chain packaging, if applicable).

Free standard shipping is available on orders totaling $150 or more before tax.

8. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. NuStandard Labs is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged by the carrier after handoff.

However, if your package is confirmed lost by the carrier (not simply delayed), contact us and we will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund. Please report lost packages within 14 calendar days of the estimated delivery date.

9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. NuStandard Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@nustandard.com. Address changes can only be accommodated before the order has shipped.
